Saint Anne Shrine Council is the representative of all pilgrims near and far who have been in Saint Anne Shrine. The Council is also a collective consultative body to the Shrine Director with its basic purpose is to help Shrine Director to set the broad direction for the Shrine. It safeguards and promotes the healing touch of Saint Anne to all those who praise God though the intercession of Saint Anne.
By being the voice of the pilgrims, Saint Anne Shrine Council gathers the visions, hopes, needs and prayer requests of the community. It tries to reflect upon them until the time is ready for them to translate these visions, hopes, needs, and prayer requests into Shrine planning through the establishment of goals and objectives. With Shrine Director, the Council takes these goals and objectives are implemented through Shrine programs which offer year around within and outside Shrine community.
The members of Saint Anne Shrine Council serve the pilgrims and community by developing a broad vision under direction of Shrine Director in order to meet the challenge of being a pilgrim Church in the Twenty First Century.
